WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO CLASS?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your class. For safety reasons, we do no permit clients to enter class late. If there is a waitlist, we release spots to the clients at the start of class.

I AM INTEMEDIATE TO ADVACNED, WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

For those at an intermediate to advanced level, we offer classes that come with a variety of modifications and challenges to meet your needs. Our classes are ideal for pushing your boundaries, enhancing your strength, and deepening your practice. Each session is designed to offer different variations to keep you engaged and challenged, ensuring you continue to grow and achieve your fitness goals.

I AM PREGNANT, WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

Up to 12 weeks pregnant you may attend all classes, as long as you have been previously doing Pilates & Yoga exercise, in addition to consulted with your physician.

Remember, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine, especially postpartum.

Depending on their advice, we can find a suitable class that accommodates your needs. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications to ensure your safety and comfort. Please inform the instructor about your injury before the class starts, so they can provide you with personalized adjustments.
