Next Chapter

In my early 20's I tried yoga & it just wasn't for me. I found it boring, and I just couldn't get to the point of complete focus, while trying to meditate & breathe through each pose. Rather than being present in the moment, my mind would spin & the class couldn't end soon enough.

Fast forward to the last nine years of my life & I want nothing more than for things to slow down. I reintroduced yoga to my life by attending classes once a week at a local gym. I began to have a new found appreciation for inner peace, that yoga brought within, not to mention the many benefits.

The more I practiced & learned about yoga, the more gratitude I developed for this practice. It's not just about attending a class, like anything else, it's a lifestyle and mindset.

I feel like maybe others, like myself, want to learn how to breathe, slow down & become more present in the moment. Which brings me to this next chapter in my fitness journey, where I am now training to become a yoga instructor.

I would love to bring more to my program & more to my clients.

Wish me luck!
