Who is ready to start the year off with a little challenge?

Join me for a 10 Day Yoga Mindfulness Challenge, to help ease us back into our daily routines. Returning from the holidays can often give one anxiety at just the thought of all the work that comes with the return.


Last night, I tossed and turned making my endless "To Do List" for work and school prep for the kids. It left me feel super uneasy and I thought to myself that I need to set some time for myself for some self-care.


You decide what works for you, first thing in the morning or just before bed, set that special time just for you to take care and focus on yourself. Your body, mind & soul will thank you.
